651 Frankton Road is an architecturally designed collection of elevated townhouses positioned above Lake Wakatipu, designed in collaboration with Ponting Fitzgerald Architects. The development steps with the natural contour of the site to maximise panoramic alpine and lake views while maintaining privacy and connection to the landscape.

The project comprises a mix of four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom residences and three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom homes, each thoughtfully planned across multiple levels to balance expansive living zones with private retreat spaces. Open-plan interiors flow to elevated outdoor terraces, with refined detailing, quality materials and integrated garaging enhancing long-term liveability.

Currently in development and scheduled for completion in mid-2027, 651 Frankton Road reflects Ellco’s commitment to delivering architecturally resolved homes in some of New Zealand’s most iconic locations.
